How to get your TV Time archive

TV Time shuts down on July 15, 2026 and will delete everything. Here's how to get your archive before the deadline, then hand it to us with confidence.

Recommended method

TV Time's GDPR self-service

Head to gdpr.tvtime.com/gdpr/self-service, sign in with your TV Time account, then request an export of your data. You'll get an email with your archive: it can take a few days, so start early.

What should you upload to us?

Once you have the archive, you have two options.

Option A: the full archive

Upload the .zip file as is. It's the simplest option, but it also contains data we never use (IP address, login tokens, devices, social networks, friends, comments...).

Recommended for your privacy

Option B: just the useful CSVs (recommended)

Open the .zip archive on your computer, extract followed_tv_show.csv (your followed shows) and tracking-prod-records-v2.csv (your watched episodes, the real, complete history), then upload those files to us. These are the ONLY files Episodix reads: no other personal data ever leaves your computer.

What we read, nothing more

We only read your followed shows and watched episodes, from followed_tv_show.csv and tracking-prod-records-v2.csv (or, as a fallback, the older tracking-prod-records.csv). The full detail of what we collect and what we ignore is explained on our dedicated data page.

Once your file is ready

Create your account if you haven't already, then upload your file: it's read then forgotten, nothing is stored.
